The Client Services Representative is required to:

- Prepare and present literature and audio-visual presentations for in clinic veterinary meetings and continuing education sessions to promote WDDC.

- Actively seek input from members, both positive and negative, on WDDC operations and service. Then communicate this information with management and the Board via weekly and quarterly reports.

- Provide members with information regarding the animal health industry as a whole, including emerging trends in marketing, supplier mergers and acquisitions, and potential learning opportunities.

- Participate in Veterinary and Animal Health Technologist specific conferences and continuing education sessions.

- Acting as the liaison between the veterinary clinic and WDDC the individual will always have the clinics best interests in mind. This includes timely interaction with various WDDC departments in attempt to quickly satisfy members’ needs.

The successful candidate has had at least 5 years of previous veterinary clinic experience and is familiar with all the intricacies of medications, equipment and clinic processes.

- Strong Microsoft Windows computer experience

- Firm understanding of smart phone applications
