The Person: We are looking for a person with keen attention to detail,
knowledge and experience in the Animal Health field. You will use your
medical training to help assess pets’ medical histories for policy approval
and analyze claims to determine how much will be paid to our pet parents.
Strong communication skills are required to respond to claim and
veterinarian inquiries. This unique position offers a starting salary
of $29,000 - $39,000 per year.
Qualifications Required:
• Proficient computer aptitude in a Windows environment
• Above average oral and written skills
• 30 wpm minimum keyboarding speed
• Sound mathematical skills
• Works well independently and as a team
• Animal Health Technician Degree an asset
• Above average time management skills
• Bilingualism an asset
